LSI welcomes new postdoctoral researcher Anisha Datta

LSI welcomes postdoctoral researcher Anisha Datta! Anisha was born and raised in Texas, and she graduated with her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. She earned her Ph.D. in Biological Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she was advised by Dr. Doug Lauffenburger. In her doctoral thesis work, she developed human in vitro model systems and utilized computational modeling to study the effects of Axl inhibition on cell-cell communication between tumor cells, macrophages, and dendritic cells. Outside of lab, Anisha enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and building Legos.  Read more about our team here!
