ARPA-H CODA project enters Phase II

The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) awarded the Kwong lab and team from Georgia Tech, Columbia University, and Mount Sinai Health System $49.5 million to transform multiple cancer early detection through the Cancer and Organ Degradome Atlas (CODA) project. Two years into this project, CODA is one of the first ARPA-H funded projects to progress to Phase II. This milestone underscores the team’s success in meeting technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements. During Phase II of the project, the team aims to finalize an atlas of unique cancer enzyme signatures and test sensor designs that will detect 14 types of cancer.
