LSI welcomes new postdoctoral researcher Kefan Song
Kefan grew up in Beijing and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in bioengineering from Rice University, where she worked with Dr. Junghae Suh on constructing caspase-activatable adeno-associated virus vectors. She earned her Ph.D. in bioengineering at the University of Washington, advised by Dr. Suzie Pun, where she developed dendritic-cell targeted, polymer-based platforms for cancer immunotherapy. Kefan enjoys playing the guitar, playing board games and spending time with her dog, Mochi. Read more about our team here.
